Accommodation - sleeping arrangements made up of:

• 1 x bunk style sleeps 3
• 2 x bunk style sleeps 5
• The bathrooms are separate male/female with 2 x single stall toilets and 2 x shower recesses in each. These have been part of the extensive renovations.

Being such a beautiful old style building the original wide style verandas are a great place to relax in the cool ocean breezes while reading a magazine and sipping a glass of wine.

With a large common kitchen and BBQ area you can chose to cook your own meals or take advantage of the local restaurants and take away outlets.

**Please be aware that noise restrictions do apply and you will be required to sign a stays agreement. Restrictions are quite generous but please ask prior to booking. This includes a bond.
